Divaris Real Estate Inc. was named exclusive leasing agent of Birdneck Shoppes, a 23,724-square-foot shopping center near Virginia Beach ’s oceanfront. (News release)

Water Tower Associates LLC and 620 Moorefield LLC bought Moorefield VI from Moorefield VI LC for $2.4 million. The facility is a 29,326-square-foot, two-story lakefront building, in the Richmond area’s Midlothian corridor, which caters to firms needing small to mid-size office suites. (News release)

Kettler, a Northern Virginia real estate development firm, bought 19.4 acres in Pentagon City from affiliates of Vorando Realty Trust for $220.4 million. For seven years Kettler has been ground lessee of the property, site for a ten-phase apartment development project. (News release)

Land Capital Group, a Park City, Utah, real estate development firm, is planning a mixed use development in Louisa County at Rt. 15 and Interstate 64, Merchants Walks at Zion Crossroads. The 119-acre site will feature 650,000 square feet of retail, food and entertainment. (News release)

Liberty Property Trust sold the remainder of its warehouse/flex holdings in River’s Bend Corporate Center. First Potomac Realty bought River’s Bend II (158,400 square feet and 85% occupied) and River’s Bend IV (146,000 square feet and 100% leased). The sale was undertaken to balance Liberty ’s warehouse and office portfolio in the Richmond area. (News release)
