a Roanoke law firm with seven attorneys, will merge with
Spilman, Thomas & Battle, a Charleston,
W.Va.-based firm with 102 attorneys. The union will take
advantage of both firms’ growing client base in

Inc., a provider
of power monitoring and switching equipment, headquartered
in Richmond . Power Distribution employs approximately
