45,000-square-foot, Class A office condominium for
smaller professional firms. Located in the Oakbrooke
Business & Technology Center,
the Oakbrooke Professional Center will house a maximum
of 16 suites up to approximately 3,700 square feet. (News

Richmond from LandAmerica
Financial Group for $9 million.
The facility is a 127,000-square-foot, Class A office

Waverton
Commerce Park LLC, a unit of Portsmouth's Waverton
Associates Inc., bought 81 acres along Carolina Road
in Suffolk and plans to develop the site into an industrial
park serving port-related businesses such as trucking
