Steel Group Ltd., an Australian steel company,
plans to invest $25 million in Botetourt County to open
its first North American manufacturing facility, creating
55 new jobs. The operation will produce the company's
LiteSteel beam product used by builders in place of wood
composite or steel beams. Virginia competed with North
