Basics Products Inc. of Bluffdale, Utah, claiming infringement
of its patents on the company's BrewStation coffeemaker.

Virginia and Virginia
Beach filed suit challenging the
order issued to the Navy by the BRAC commission to move
its jets from Oceana Naval Air Station to Jacksonville,
Fla. Although Jacksonville has indicated no interest
in pursuing Oceana's jets, Virginia officials felt BRAC
had overstepped its authority and wanted to establish
