sold Bell County Corp. of Middlesboro, Ky., to Weston
Holdings Inc., a unit of Saber Mining Company Inc., for

headquartered in Herndon, acquired the federal business
Unit of Software Performance Systems Inc. of Falls Church
for $15 million. McDonald Bradley will gain new agency
