Kettler, a Northern Virginia real estate development
firm, entered into a partnership with Cypress
Equities,
a unit of Staubach Retail, to develop The Village at
Leesburg, a mixed-use project. Kettler will lead the
residential component of the development, including condominiums,
apartments and homes, as well as a stand-alone office

Consulting, a New York legal search and consulting firm,
to assist in recruitment of lateral partners and merger
candidates in the New York region. LeClair Ryan is focused
on the securities and bankruptcy practice of its new
Manhattan office while working with Maguire to develop

The University
of Virginia signed a 10-year $33 million
deal with CBS Collegiate Sports Properties, for licensing
and media rights to U.Va. athletics, including radio,
television, Internet, game programs and other functions.
CBS has partnered with the university since 1998. Included
in the deal is a $4.2 million commitment to capital improvements
for video boards at various athletic facilities. A five-year
option, if exercised, would increase the value of the
