of maintenance and electrical products, sold its consumer
plastic storage products business to
Jardin International Holding BV. Katy retained its commercial plastics operations
in
Britain

Universal Corp., a Richmond-based tobacco company,
will sell its remaining nontobacco agri-products interests,
including trading companies in
Richmond,
Seattle and
Great Britain
. The businesses have combined revenues of $325 million
and a combined operating loss of $6 million. The move
