The University of Virginia
School of Nursing will offer a new doctoral program,
the Doctor of Nursing Practice with first enrollments
coming this fall. The DNP degree, which is growing
nationwide, comes in response to the increasing role
of technology in the health care system and a need
of more educated nurses. (News release)
