sold the non-tobacco business of its Deli Universal
Inc. subsidiary to NIBC Principal Investments of the Netherlands for
$540 million. The move is intended to help sharpen
Universal’s focus on its core business. Deli’s non-tobacco
business included lumber and building products, rubber,
food trading,
