The AB&C Group, a McLean-based
provider of call center and customer fulfillment services,
plans to consolidate two customer service centers in Ranson, W.Va., and Winchester
into a new facility in Martinsburg, W.Va.
The company will continue to operate facilities in Westerly,
R.I., and Orange.
The move was prompted by the company’s need for more
space to accommodate its recent expansion. (News
