Arlington Courthouse LLC, a California real estate company, sold the Arlington Courthouse Hilton Garden Inn to Northridge Capital for $51.9 million. The 189-room hotel is on Arlington’s Courthouse Road and has 1,200 square feet of meeting space. (News release)

Universal Leaf Corp., a Richmond-based tobacco company, sold a one-story, 750,000-square-foot facility on 66 acres to Silagi Development and Management Corp. of Thousand Oaks, Calif., a privately-owned commercial real estate developer. (Business Wire)

Developers Norris Blanks, Bruce Johnson and Sheppherd Kolb bought the former headquarters of Dimon Inc. in downtown Danville for $1.5 million. A speculative investment, the deal includes a 126,000-square-foot headquarters building, two warehouses with 100,000 square feet of space, and the Carrington Center with another 15,000 square feet of space.
