Landmark Communications Inc., a Norfolk-based
media company, plans to sell its stake in Trader
Publishing Co. of Norfolk, a distributor of classified
advertising publications. Landmark wants to reduce
its position in the field of classified advertising.
Cox Enterprises Inc. of Atlanta, Landmark’s partner
in the operation, will have the opportunity to buy
Landmark’s share. If it doesn’t, then Trader will be
