HAMPTON
Devon USA, a leading developer of warehouse facilities, and American Port Services (APS), a provider of port-related logistics, have joined forces to build a new 645,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution space at Copeland Industrial Park in Hampton.

The project, to be called Enterchange at Hampton, is located just off Interstate 64 and about 18 miles from the Port of Hampton Roads. The first of two buildings should be ready in early 2006. APS has signed a long-term lease for 224,000 square feet of the space. The buildings will be Class A distribution facilities, offering sprinkler systems, 32-foot ceiling heights, dock doors and abundant car and trailer parking. The project’s total cost is estimated at more than $25 million. CB Richard Ellis is handling leasing.
