Tredegar Film Products Corp., a subsidiary of Richmond’s Tredegar Corp. that produces industrial film products, sold its operations in Argentina to Plastar S.A., a Buenos Aires-based manufacturer of film products. The company stated its move was an effort towards more efficient operations and that its Brazilian facilities could meet demand in Latin America for the company’s line of films. (PRNewswire, 9/3/04)
